1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DeskJuggler ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
DeskJuggler is owned and operated by Chase Kunz, a sole proprietor.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, DeskJuggler grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to three (3) computers that you personally own and operate. This license is perpetual for the version purchased and includes all minor updates.
3. Trial Period
DeskJuggler offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DeskJuggler for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
DeskJuggler and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of DeskJuggler. This agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited license described above.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DESKJUGGLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the Software from time to time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, we do not guarantee that all features will remain available in future versions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
10. System Requirements
DeskJuggler requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. We are not responsible for any issues arising from attempting to run the Software on unsupported operating systems.
11. Accessibility Permissions
DeskJuggler requires accessibility permissions to function properly. By using the Software, you acknowledge that granting these permissions is necessary and that you have the authority to do so on your device.
12. Support
We provide email support for technical issues and questions. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee resolution of all issues.
13. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
